What to Wear
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows freedom of movement. Avoid overly loose clothing that might interfere with the equipment or your movements. Pilates socks with grips are particularly helpful for stability, especially during Reformer classes.
Examples of suitable attire include leggings or fitted shorts paired with breathable tops. For Barre and Yoga, layers like a light jacket or wrap can be useful during warm-up or cool-down.
What to Bring
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your class. A towel is optional but can be helpful if you tend to sweat, especially in more intense sessions.
For Yoga classes, while mats are provided at the studio, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
