Introduction
Welcome to Lume Pilates! We're excited to support you on your journey to better everyday movement through Pilates Reformer classes. This guide will help you prepare for your first class, so you feel comfortable and confident when you arrive.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for ease of movement. We recommend Pilates socks with grip to ensure your safety on the Reformer equipment.
Before Class Arrival
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and familiarize yourself with the studio environment. This time also allows you to meet your instructor and ask any preliminary questions.
Inform Your Instructor
Please inform your instructor about any injuries, health conditions, or concerns you may have. This allows the instructor to tailor the session to your individual needs and ensure a safe experience.
Hydration and Nutrition
Hydrate well before class and avoid heavy meals right before your session to stay comfortable during your workout.
