Membership Billing and Renewal

Our membership billing is designed to be hassle-free:

• Recurring Billing: Monthly membership fees are automatically charged to your saved payment method on the same date each month.
• Renewals: Memberships renew automatically unless canceled at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.
• Membership Holds: If you need to pause your membership, you can place it on hold for up to 3 months by contacting our support team before the billing date.

To view your billing history or make changes to your membership, simply log in to your member portal.
