- Class Packages: Non-refundable once purchased, but unused classes may be transferable with prior approval.
- Memberships: Refunds are available only for unused periods when canceling mid-cycle. Please request a refund by contacting support within 7 days of billing.
- Special Circumstances: We evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis for medical issues or other emergencies with required documentation.
